Parallel parenting with a highjackal

I’m not really sure what to ask or include in my first post. I was hoping maybe to find an existing forum similar to my situation. I’m going through a divorce from a 12+ year marriage where me and my children were put through years of emotional abuse, including being gaslit and lied to. I’ve come to realize it seems my entire relationship was built off lies and I’m left not knowing what to believe. The worst part now is still having this person in my life because we have a child together and they use our children as weapons against me. My saddest thoughts right now is our oldest is my stepchild and because I have no legal rights to them my ex is not allowing me to see them very much at all and plays games and manipulation and lies in telling me they would still let them be an equal part of my life.
