Ex gf threatens suicide and says I've ruined her life

My ex broke up with me before Christmas, and I moved on. She blamed me for a lot of bad... .

She got in touch 3 weeks ago and claims I've destroyed her life, she's been advised not to come to the church I belong to, and is threatening suicide, texts me several times a day asking me to fix things for her, doesn't pick up when I call, but calls during work hours when I can't pick up.

Begs me to stay on the phone even though she's raging at me and I explain I have to go because I'm feeling hurt and need sleep.

I want to help her but she's not improving.

I think it may be she has traits of BPD- not sure what to do!

I'd like to join   InfjEpic in welcoming you to the community. I'm sorry that you have been dealing with suicidal threats from your ex. That is so hard to deal with. It's obvious that you care about her and want to help. But you can only be helpful if you have taken care of yourself first.

Does your ex have supportive people around her? Someone you could contact that would be able to intervene during times of crisis?
