Suggestions for me being down

Tomorrow I am having my wisdom teeth taken out. I am having all sorts of anxiety as to how my uBPDh will handle me being unable to focus on him for a couple days while I heal. I hope after my appointment I will be able to rest and sleep and take it easy, but I'm very concerned that my H will want me to entertain him, talk with him, and expect my constant attention like he does on a weekend. If he doesn't get that attention, I'm worried he is going to blow up and I really don't want to have to deal with a blow up while I'm in physical pain.
Any suggestions on how to navigate this? I've already started having conversations about him cooking meals and me being unable to do some things.

I went to my mother's house for a couple of days, after having surgery in my mouth for 5 hours . My gf had said "I hate nothing more than sick men". She didn't like it, but I wasn't gonna be in pain and hated, or in pain and walking on eggshells. Stress makes your teeth hurt more. It was a bad week, but at least I had some peace for the first 2 days, and she told me she missed me, and was affectionate on the phone.
More often than not, there are no complications at all, and you will recover very soon, you'll see. I get your anxiety about this. State what you need, and know that you deserve it, then state that you simply can't do whatever you are asked to do for a while.
Good luck, and get well soon.

So far he is doing ok but he is itching for attention. He is talking fast and loud. He didn't cook dinner which we had talked about. He said he wasn't doing that after a long day even though it was just a quick hamburger stew. A little later he made me some broth but he said he would not bring it to me in bed. He then gave me a tiny cup of broth and drank the big one for himself.
I'm in quite a bit of pain and on meds. He wants to talk about deep subjects. I'm frustrated and don't have the capacity to validate right now.

I'd suggest a backup plan of someplace else to stay where you can recover in peace, if he's not handling it well enough.
