Being overanalytical can distract you from just enjoying the RS, as the study is endless and you can get lost in it.

At least summarise it so it doesn't become overwhelming. If you keep too many "he said/she said's" one day you will quote one and trigger accusations of being cold and analytical. Throing past quortes at someone is BPD trait, you dont want to walk into that fight
