I have been married for 3 years its rough been together 5 last month or so has been a roller coaster of madness how can it get better?

Sorry that things are rough in your marriage.  Can you tell us more about the roller coaster ride?  Do you think your partner has BPD?  This is a safe place to share, with listening ears and people willing to help.

Look around the board.  There are several links in the right hand margin.  The "Tools" area is a good place to start learning some skills.  Although you can't change your partner, using boundaries (that you enforce consistently) and various communication skills, you can make things better for your.
