Caffeine cerebral allergies and BPD

Does anyone have any insight on this? Its rather mind blowing. I only learned about it today. My husband has a high coffee intake. Serious chocolate addiction to boot. He fits all the traits of a caffeine cerebral allergic individual. Could BPD be an allergy?

You can't believe everything you read on the Internet. There can be a grain of truth in almost anything. One of your articles sites a study from 1936.
BPD commonly accompanies depression. Caffeine is a stimulant and depressed people can use it to sometime get moving and motivated. Too much of anything has a down side. Too much coffee can cause anxiety and a person with BPD, with too much coffee could exhibit a lot of bad behavior.
Sometime, it's a matter of what came first, the chicken or the egg. It's possible to get an overdose of coffee or caffeine poisoning. Some meds don't mix well with high doses of caffeine. (the antibiotic Cipro is one of them)

Are you implying Drs and Scientist were less intelligent and unable to observe things in 1932? Its actually a well know yet not well advertised cause of mental illness. I suggest more research rather then poopahing something. The second article repeated the same reasearch throught the late 90s and 2000s. The first article was from 2015. Our eldest son has a cerebral allergy to corn and possibly wheat. We became a grain free home because of it. He had extreme mood disorders. He was always paranoid that everyone was out to get him... .much like his dad. He cried over everything that would be laughable to cry over. Like the color of somethi g or the texture or placement of a pillow. Extreme OCD and perfectionism. He also had really bad tourettes. Eliminating these foods and he became a awesome lovable kid. I knew about cerebral allergies but not caffeine.
