Hi all

I have recently been diagnosed with EUPD after years of depression and anxiety. I work 2 jobs but am really struggling at the moment and don't know what to do as they stopped my DLA/PIP after having a back operation and my Tribunal hearing isn't till June. I don't have any support as yet as am on the waiting list for the Community Team. So am very stressed.

Our objective is to better understand the struggles our child faces and to learn the skills to improve our relationship and provide a supportive environment and also improve on our own emotional responses, attitudes and effectiveness as a family leaders

I'm sorry you're having to deal with emotionally unstable personality disorder (EUPD) and I do hope that you get support from the "Community Team."

Unfortunately this is a website to help support people who have BPD (or EUPD) loved ones.  You would be better served going to websites such as BPDrecovery.com or Reddit.com/r/BPD.  Over on those sites, there are communities dedicated to providing support for people who are dealing with these disordered.
