Several times she would just literally run off home if we were out together. It annoyed me lots of times as being late at night I was concerned for her safety.

Did this ever happen to you?

Mine could flick a switch, get into a rage and then leave. Not sure that is solely the domain of a BPD, though. I am sure I have done it myself when someone has misbehaved.

Mine mostly dropped me off early or would practically run out of my house... he would look at the clock and say we'll have to go.
This is what caused our final breakup
I told him get back in touch after he left 2nd life, I guess the site was something he could not leave.

He told me he felt better in his room at home , he was apprehensive around me, I scared him

During a trip together to Germany, she had rage moment, because the hotel didn't have air conditioning, and the desk clerk didn't bring a fan quickly enough to the room. She stormed out of the hotel at 1 AM, in a city that she didn't know where she didn't speak the language. It took over an hour of convincing that she shouldn't leave.
