Hello. My relationship with my BPD SO is over. He, for the first time, told me that he is ready to see a therapist. I never mentioned BPD to him before, but our marriage counselor told me (privately) that he believes he has it, and I am 90% sure he does.
I feel like now might be the time to mention it. He only displayed his BPD "symptoms" with me.
Would you say something if the relationship was over, but you still cared about each other, and wanted him to get help?

hi butterflylove,

it is generally advised against to share this information; its typically not well received, especially by a current or former romantic partner.
