Hello,  my husband was diagnosed with BPD. We are having a difficult time getting along due to splitting and his major depression. Things are hard and I don't always react the right way. I feel tired and lonely.

So glad you found this site-I hope you find it as helpful as I have over the last month since I found it. Sorry to hear-I understand the exhaustion and feeling of isolation. How long have you been married? How long since you decided to separate? If you feel like sharing some of what has been going on, I'm sure many of us have had similar experiences. Although we still have to do the hard work on our own, it has helped me to know I'm not alone.

Hi LivingwithHope, Welcome,

Living with someone with BPD is a roller coaster ride that can really mess with our emotions. For me splitting is the worst part of being in a relationship with a pwBPD. It's difficult not knowing from day to day (or minute by minute) if you are going to be seen as good or bad. We have a lot of great lessons on the right side of the page that can help you learn more about BPD, communicating better with someone with BPD, and taking care of yourself. Looking forward to getting to know you better.
