How do I help my sibling get help when she won't identify the illness?

I'm new to this site and am searching for others with the same issues.  I'm reading about all these therapies and approaches to BPD, but she will not consider therapy or medication. She states that this is just who she is.  She is so much more than this.  She has a brilliant mind and and severly broken heart.  What to do?
