How do I know for sure?  I am very exhausted, mentally and physically.  I am not sure where to go from here.

Hi msrbi77,

Welcome

I am sorry to hear that you are exhausted, and I can very much relate to those feelings. You've come to the right place for information and support. I'm glad you decided to post. You'll find members here who have been in similar situations and understand what you are going through.

You asked, "how do I know for sure?" Only an experienced professional can diagnose someone with BPD, but we do have information that can help with your question:

I think it's BPD, but how can I know?

When you can, tell us a bit more about what brought you here. What behaviors are causing the most problems at the moment?

You are not alone. Keep posting and let us know how we can best support you. That's what this site is all about.
