Then they try to get you to say "what" through the use of an antagonism such as saying "'x' says what," too fast to be comprehended so as to coax you into saying "what?" Then once you say "what" that is used out of context to pin X on you.

This game is often played using the 'look how calm I am and look how upset you are' after they have moved something of yours. They move something of yours then accuse you of being upset for being out of touch with reality. The fact that you become upset is used as proof that you are what they have implicitly or explicitly labelled you as.
