My mother is a severe case

Now my daughter, 28 moved west and my mother is getting old.

I am losing my health. I need help.

You mention losing your health which also isn't an easy thing to deal with. Is your health being affected by the stress dealing with your mother causes you or are you (also) experiencing other health problems?
