It is confusing isn't it? And so frustrating too! Why can't she see what she's doing? Why doesn't she realise how much I love her? What's wrong with her?
I'll bet all of these thoughts and more have entered into your head! They certainly did mine.
I didn't understand either, in my case it is my 35 year old son, and I was so hurt and upset about his behaviour. I was so glad when I found this site and I have gained such insight into what was happening to my son, it has really helped me to deal with and accept the situation.
The only way to understand it is to read about it and I urge you to do just that
