Hey guys,
I am brought here because we just found out that my boyfriend has BPD. It's been a super rough road getting here and I am trying to figure out how to make things better between us and still keep myself sane. After finding this out and doing research it explains everything that was wrong in our relationship as well as showed me that I handle situations completely opposite of how I should with someone who has BPD. Just here for support and to browse around the discussions to help better our situation since I am new to this.
Thanks!

Welcome! Glad you found this message board! It has helped me so much!
Are there specific situations or issues that you are facing? 1 thing i learned quickly is that no 2 BPD cases are the same, but this board has a ton of great members with lots of great advice and the lessons on here are also very helpful!

Hi to both! Yes, Linds.Hey, this is so key what lostandconfused6 said! No two cases of this are the same. So, try to read this stuff as informative, but don't let it scare you too much. It won't work in all situations, and you will see that something that worked one day, may not work the next time, but good communication skills can help. At the least they can make you feel good, and that you are doing the best you possibly can, and that is a lot.
