Hello, I have been in an online relationship for a year with a person I consider my partner, and at the suggestion of a freind read the eggshell book. Well she is a textbook case as far as I can tell, and it answers so many of my quesitons, about what is going on. I left my rl marriage in november, and she committed suicide. After reading most of the book, I now realize she too i believe had the d/0, so i clearly have issues. I am grieving and trying to stay afloat in this relationship and become a healthier person. I basically need support in implementing the techniques in this book, getting more hellp myself and determining if I can stay in this. I have a therapist i see once a month already. Anyway thanks for being here. Was hoping for a live group, but this will have to do for now.

Hi ,

Welcome to the board. I'm so sorry for the loss your spouse. How are you handling this?

Is there a specific technique or scenario you need help with? We have a lot of workshops on the right side of the board that can help you with different skills.
