Husband of wife who displays characteristics

Don't have time for a proper introduction, ahve to look after my kid.  I'm a late 30's, male married 4 yrs with a daughter.    My marriage has had a series of conflicts and my wife and I have been in therapy on and off for about a year and a half (currently not in therapy due to job loss).

After doing a lot of reading and looking around I am coming to the conclusion that it is not my wife's diagnosed anxiety/PTSD that is the major contributor to most of our issues.    A lot of the posts I read about people whose partners suffer from BPD sound very very similar to mine.

I'm not sure if there is a good way to cope.  I have been attempting to 'grey rock' as much as I can, but I am also wondering if our marriage is done emotionally at this point.   I figure its 50/50 whether we make it through another year :-(

Welcome and hello 

It takes a lot of strength to not be emotionally injured in these relationships. It's good that you reached out for support.

Can you share more what you mean by 'grey rock'? Do you mean not responding to her emotional dysregulations?

How do her traits present?

Maybe we can brainstorm some things you can try out at home, to see if these skills prevent things from getting worse.
