How do you sort thru all of this?

Hi , I am 7 months out from my mother's death and after learning how she left me emotionally wrecked.
It is like being wrecked at sea and the rest of your immediate family just lets you drown and they don't care
if you survive or hurt or anything, you are the bad sister, even though you don't know what happened. How do you learn to just go on and let it go, sometimes it just wells up inside and rushes over me like a giant wave with no immediate destination and it hurls me with it with no ending.

Hi Katdog,
Wecome to the BPD Family
I'm sorry to hear you are struggling, it sounds like your mom's death has set off a lot of confusing feelings for you and hurtful behaviors in some family members.
I'm really glad you decided to reach out to our group, I know you will find a lot of support and members that can identify with what you are experiencing.
Was your mom diagnosed with BPD? Or are you like me and the behaviors just fit?
If you look at the Survivors Guide to the right --> where do you think you might be? Everything in the box to the right is a link to more information when you have time you might want to check out whatever resonates with you.
Can you tell us a little bit more of your story? What was your growing up like? What has been going on since your mom's death?
Take Care,

Hi katdog,
