Even the emails alternate ugly and lovey-dovey though... .at least they're easier to resist.

As my oldest would say, "Who could have foreseen... ."

Yesterday, lovely-dovey email about needing me and loving me.

Then a boundary-pushing email. I responded with disappointment.

This morning, "This is the end of our marriage. I mean it this time."

Didn't surprise me at all.
