My wife is threatening with to kill herself, please I need help.

I need help, please. My wife is BPD and is threatening to kill herself and i believe her. I am bipolar 1, but controlled. I am head of household and work everyday as a professional. My wife has a hard time holding on to a job because of her anger an she’s mood swings. She has been saying for months how much she wants to kill herself and I try to help her in any way possible.

Today I had a holiday work function that took two hours longer than I thought. I got home to words of fury how I only say I love her, but really don’t and how soon I wouldn’t have to worry about taking care of her because she wants to die anyways. She begs for me to let her die. Or makes comments on how pointless it is too live.

We make 5 years married in two weeks and almost 10 together. I love her with my every fiber but just don’t know how to help her. I started learning DBT techniques on my own and it’s work a bit. This past year and a half we’ve been through the worse year of our lives. We’ve Had a death in the family by. Drunk driver and have relocated cross country twice.

I now have a good job with insurance. I need help finding a therapist or DBT specialist in my area, if at all possible. I really do love my wife, and I am doing the best I can but really need help. Thank you
