Now I have just discovered she has deleted all of our Facebook conversations together which include photos. Is this a sign she is just completely trying to erase me from her history or what?

I'm sorry that you are confused about what your pwBPD. It's hard to say what someone's intentions are without them telling us what they are. People do weird things on FB, sometimes for a reason, sometimes not. I know it's hard to watch someone look like they are getting rid of all your history. pwBPD act on their emotions. To them feelings=facts.

In the previous thread onceremoved pointed out that she may be trying to get a reaction from you. How can you begin focusing less on what she is doing and begin focusing on healing for you?
