I just received a notice that ex's license was revoked 12/7/17. I am not even sure if he knows it since his last known address isn't valid. I have this feeling of karma.

Don't get too excited. In my experience 1. It isn't all that satisfying seeing them suffer when they simply blame everyone else and take it out on anyone who isn't in a position to fight back. And 2. They have a way of skirting around consequences so that they never feel the pinch of them the way you might think they should. 3. If getting the owed money is your priority, this does nothing to achieve that.
We've been told by DCSE that they'll be garnishing her tax return for what she owes my DH. I'm not holding my breath. But even if we do get the money it'll all go directly to SS's braces. Even if she did pay like she is supposed to it'd take care of about a week's worth of groceries per month. Meanwhile she and her fiance are planning a nice wedding. I try not to think too much on it and deal just with what's in front of me.

Thank you Nope, I do agree that it won't really effect us, I know I will never see any money from him. Apparently DCSS mailed him a notice in August, September, and October, when the last one was returned they started the revocation process. So he isn't aware of it. He has to renew his license this summer, so if he doesn't do something like get pulled over or apply for anything needing a license by then, he will find out this summer. 10k behind and 2 years of no payment at all qualifies for felonies here.

Well, one thing, if he DOES get arrested, you can have him served.
