Are there group meetings for people who are removed from a BPD?

I have finally left and am having a rough time. Seeing posts on this board have helped me a lot but I still need more. I am in the process of finding someone to talk to but would also like to see if there are any group meetings for people like us who have been through hell trying to make someone with BPD happy and now have to deal with all of the feelings of being away from them.

I am from Northern New Jersey.

A good place to start might be psychologytoday.com. You can enter your search there and it should point you in the right direction. Hope this helps, and let us know what you find.

Its really hard to find live meetings for this. You can check with NAMI or TARA in your area, but they are more for supporting people in relationships.

You could also try meetup.com.  That's where I found my group in Los Angeles.

I do not know of any I tried Divorce care, saw a professional therapist, went to a separated support group, and spoke with my pastor.  All helped so do what you can.  But if you have not gone through this it is hard to understand.
