He says it to bug me. I definitely can prove I don't have it if I care to pursue. I think he may be thinking about himself.
To be fair, he doesn't use my name. But I am tired of the lie. Any chance I can wina libel case? My therapist is big time on my side.
Thanks.

The one piece if advice that I can give you is to look at what the true impact is of their actions, and then asses what the impact is if you do something about it.
So often with a BPD, or any other disordered person they will take actions to generate a response. If you do not respond then you take away their motivation for acting, they get bored and then move on.
If all that he is doing is posting here that he feels that you have BPD the best thing that you can do is to recognize the source, understand what the impact of those statements are in the "real world" and determine if the damage and financial cost of any action that you take is worth it.
If you are doing this just because your buttons are pushed then that might not be the best motivation and may be giving them him his desired response for his behavior.

The best thing to do with a disordered family member is no contact. I know he has one this to you but it is probably for the best. My sister told me years ago she has BPD and recently has denied it. I am no doctor but her behavior shows me she has something, and she does have mental health issues. She has abused me all my life as well as other family members. In December she cut me off. Best thing she Ould have done! I will never have anything to do with her again... .ever. We were never close so I am okay with this. I also have peace now as she brought more drama to our family than any family should have to deal with!

Thanks. I figured.
He knows I don't have it. And you are right. Having so many problems himself he is just trying to get a reaction out of me. In fact he told me he posts here to bother me.
I can't let him get to me.

I really think people should be careful what they put down. I have a friend I will call K. He was diagnosed by my brother as an N. I think he just likes to pretend he is a therapist.
Btw, bro owes him money so of course he is an N.
Anyhow, thanks. Going to go now. I rarely come here and probably will not be back. Have a good evening. I appreciate the feedback about libel. It has been on my mind since my therapist has told me she would definitely stand by me if I do it. She has ALL my records and no PDs.
