Introduction: How do I not trigger her?

 ! I have been with my SO w/BPD for almost 4 years. I need help with her cycling of her emotions, push me away, want me back, rages, anger, abusive behavior ( mostly verbal) and emotional. Things are going poorly now as she got angry at me once again and currently is in a no contact mode. I'm here to get help from those in situations like mine. Even after 4 years i have not been able to " get a handle" on how not to trigger her and go through the above mentioned behaviors. Any advice/help is greatly appreciated.
