Can you tell us a little more about your parent? Has you parent been diagnosed with BPD? We have many resources on this web site to learn more about BPD. If you can tell us a little more about your situation, we can orient you towards what might be most helpful.

Hi Murray and welcome to the board!  I look forward to hearing more of your story but in the meantime you can check out our Library section of the site.

Here is a link to Tools and Skills Workshop which includes many communication strategies that can help to improve your situation as well as your understanding of the disorder.

Please ask any questions you may have.

What's going on between you,  your parent and family members?

Hi Murry

It’s been a while since you first posted. How are things going with you?

Have you had an opportunity to look through the link that Harri shared?  We’re here for you. I hope you’ll pop back in and let us know how you’re doing when you have a moment, if you feel like it. We really do understand.

Take good care of you today.
