Hi everyone, my husband is diagnosed with BPD and suffered repeated sexual trauma as a child so is also diagnosed with PTSD.  He got some bad news at work earlier this week and went into a bad downward spiral, worse than I have ever seen.  I have been in touch with family, his therapist, and my therapist, but am really at a loss and seeking support.  I look forward to connecting with others in this space.

Hello and welcome.  I like turtles too.

We can help you here with support, feedback, tools that can help improve things at least at your end.

When you say your husband went into a spiral, what do you mean?  What sort of behaviors are you seeing?

I hope to hear more of your story soon and I hope you feel comfortable to just jump in and start posting, reading and asking questions.  We get it here.
