I have been married for a longtime and I have know idea what to do now. My kids are just about grown and telling me how bad things have been.
They say I should have gotten out a longtime ago. I agree but I have no idea what to do now.

Hi IANDY and joining once removed in welcoming you.

Please do share more details about what's going on and what you've been through that your children are telling you to get out. That will help us start suggesting actions to improve your situation.

Any key events recently or just ongoing behaviors that finally became intolerable?

Sending you strength,
