Realised I was in a depression. Went to an excellent psychiatrist. Now I understand that my spouse suffers from  BPD.
Partly relieved at realising I am not the bad one. Partly in fear. Where do I go from here

Hey Harrison and welcome the the board!

I am sorry you are going through a difficult time. A lot of us members come here for support after finding out our partner or someone we know has BPD. It is not easy learning this but i'm glad you are reaching out and you are in the right place. We understand.

Can you tell us what are some major problems that you are facing with your spouse? How long have you and your spouse been married?
