I don’t know what to do anymore

I was online looking for therapists/group therapy for my BF because I feel so depleted and exhausted from trying to help him and came across the forum board.I’m in a constant battle of trying to help him or helping myself by leaving. But after reading some of the posts here it seems that by “helping” I’m only making everything worse. I have been with my BF for seven years and just when I think things are getting better they only get worse. He’s losing his friends one by one. I’m basically the only person he has left. He sees the world and people as an ugly place and has these extremes views about the world. As much as I try to talk to him it only makes it worse. And now I feel like I’m truly trapped because if I walk away now I’m afraid he might actually commit suicide. Not to mention the immense guilt I feel. I feel so sorry for him because I don’t want him to end up alone. I want to be with him, but not at the cost of my own mental health.
