Hello and thank God I found this community.
My wife and I have been struggling for almost 3 years to figure out where her issues were coming from, and after a very large melt down on her part that turned into a 72 hours observation by professionals and a lot of research on our part, she was finally given an answer by a professional that she has BPD.
We are now learning about things and how to better understand her issues.
I've purchased the BPD  therapy workbook to work through with her, and "Stop walking on eggshells".
What other good resources are out there for learning about DBT, or Cognitive behavioral therapy?

Hello and welcome !

Only got a second here,

Read this book too!, the author presents DBT skills in this book, DBT skills are extremely useful for us “nons”’as well,

Book -> Loving Someone with Borderline Personality Disorder: How to Keep Out-of-Control Emotions from Destroying Your Relationship"
-1st Edition…
*Shari Y. Manning   (Author), *Marsha M. Linehan (Foreword)

I actually found it as an MP3/CD on eBay a while back, it is as well reviewed here on this website...

Again... welcome !
