Hello,
This is my first time using a site like this. I’m not quite sure where to start or what to say. I know nothing about bpd or how it effects someone or to help. But I do have a fiancé with bpd who I love very much. But my lack of understanding when it comes to bpd seems to causing some difficulties in our relationship. And sometimes I seem to do more harm than good even when I try to help. I’m just trying to find some insight into this and what to do. Thanks for any help.

Welcome, Courtney 0709! We are glad you found us, because this forum is an excellent place both to learn about BPD and to get help and support as you work to have the relationship you want with your fiance.

Have you explored the site yet? There are a number of informational topics to get you started.

What behaviors of your fiance lead you to believe he may have BPD? Has he been diagnosed with any thing (Bi-Polar? Other?)?

What are you most concerned about now?
