Am in recovery after a lifetime of abuse by BP dad and BP sister. Both also narcissists. Predictably in an abusive 30 year marriage. Breakdown, analysis and now I am truly on the mend. Stop Walking on Eggshells was helpful in providing new insights after all these years. We never can stop connecting the dots..removing the layers...

DBT was very helpful --I was skeptical at first but became a believer. NO CONTACT only way to go!

Hi, Invisible Girl. Welcome to  bpdfamily. You’re quite visible here.  I’m sorry about your experiences with your BPD/NPD dad and sister. If you’d like to share about that, we’re here.

What is the status of your marriage? Are you staying, leaving or unsure at this point?

Where are you at with everything?
