my sister has been hospitalized multiple times but this time was by far the worst

she started to really lose it and we had to call the police on her because she refused to go to the hospital. she doesn't remember anything from it. Im just losing a lot of hope because its been 4 years and I feel like its only getting worse

Dissociation is hard to deal with and she may  indeed not remember. Was she self harming or hurting others? Is the medical staff helpful with recources and suggestions? She needs to be safe, by so do you and your family.
