Hello,

I am new to the forum And researching inpatient facilities for my 25-year-old niece who has bipolar and multiple personality disorder. She is currently in the hospital with severe mania.
I was wondering if anyone had any experiences with Wellspring or Silver Hill Hospitals. I would also welcome any other suggestions. We live in New Jersey so our preference would be something in the northeast so we can get to her.
Thank you for any help you can offer!

Hi and welcome.  I am sorry for what brings you here but glad you found us.  I found some links for you that may help.  We have a lot of parents who post on our Son/Daughter board who have researched various RTCs and shared info.  I am going to more your post there as well so maybe others going through the same process can help.  Please share more about your niece if you wish.  We support family members here as it can be quite stressful to be a caretaker.

Wishing you the best of luck.

Opinions on McLean or Wellspring for 15 yr old daughter.

TREATMENT: Residential Treatment Program / Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)?

I also did a site search on 'RTC' and got the following page:
https://www.bing.com/search?cp=1252&FORM=FREESS&q=RTC&q1=site%3Abpdfamily.com

You can do the same by using the Bing search feature towards the top of the main page  See this article for help:

How do I search the message board?
