Hello,

I don't know any one whose spouse also has BPD. Has anyones loved one had success with DBT or EMDR treatment options?

Thank you.

Hi Midwesternmommy!

Welcome to the family! You've come to the right place. All of us here have been or still are where you are and we're a community of people who care for and support each other.

My own husband has not been diagnosed and, therefore, hasn't gone through DBT or EMDR, but I know other members have had experience there that I hope they'll share.

In the meantime, when you feel like it, perhaps you can share a bit more about your story so we can get to know you and see how we might be able to help you better. How long have you been married? When was your spouse diagnosed?
