I'm looking for positive stories about accepting your partner as they are and what made you stay - the good things.

You say you are dating? What's on your list, as reasons for staying?   Do you want children?

You have to assume that during the dating phase, you are likely seeing the best behavior for a person.  The assumption has to be that you can't change the person & that the bad behaviors will continue or get worse. (especially if they aren't seriously/actively working on improvement and own their behaviors)

Everyone's situation is different.  Some people say their partner is perfect, except when they are mentally & physically abusive.
