My first post... I am desperate right now.

Hello, This is my first post and first time ever subscribing to a member board for anything. I am very private person and normally self protective with my feelings, truth, experiences, etc.  I am desperate right now for any help on what I am coming to understand as a welcome to oz existence.  I believe my husband is a BPD. We've been together for almost 10 years and to be honest I don't even know how I've managed to deal with a decade of ups and downs, his emotional instability of fluctuating extreme mood swings and the constant irrational blaming and projecting. I feel like I'm on a roller coaster and getting more and more exhausted by the twists and turns.  I can give all kinds of specifics but right now I can only bring myself to join this group.

I’m sorry for what brings you here but I’m glad you’ve found us. We’re a supportive group who do our best to help each other on this bewildering journey.

I, too, felt strange when I first came here as I’m also a private person. But the understanding, help and support I’ve found have been godsends.

When you feel up to it, I hope you’ll share more (details help us see how best we can help you) but until then, please read the articles and threads on this site. There really is a wealth of useful info.
