Not sure how to begin a post. Many new things and changes due to this viral pandemic. Many other ways to communicate are now gone so remote living is the new trend. How can emotions of sadness, emptiness, frustration, anger for what was, won’t be, loss of hope for  joy and tenderness, stability we once dreamed of. Feeling guilty not being good enough, smart and tough enough to make it work, to feel more in survival mode wondering a quiet time is breathing time waiting for the next round of criticism, anger, the confusion will start.

Hello, Springforth1. If I’m hearing you correctly, you’re upset and looking for answers. You’ve posted just fine. Don’t worry about that. I was very worried about how I came across when I first decided to talk here. I was met with love and empathy. I ran with it. It was a new feeling and a place to be heard.

I think I hear you. You’re worried about people dying before you can set the record straight. Is that close?
