How to help my sibling?

Hello. I think my sibling may be suffering from Borderline Personality Disorder. He has not been officially diagnosed but fits all the criteria I've come across in my research.  How do talk to him, help / convince him to seek treatment? I know he is hurting and doesn't like how he is living his life. It hurts me and the rest of my family to see his constant struggle with his emotions and relationships. Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you.

BPD is quite a challenging disorder. How long has your brother been exhibiting behaviors you now believe are the result of BPD?

Do you feel like your brother has ever shown any insights in his own behaviors and how damaging they might be? Do you feel like he acknowledges that there might be something going on with him causing him to act this way?
