Our objective is to better understand the struggles our child faces and to learn the skills to improve our relationship and provide a supportive environment and also improve on our own emotional responses, attitudes and effectiveness as a family leaders

Hi 2cats and welcome  Welcome new member (click to insert in post)

That's a tough situation you're in, dealing with daily meltdowns is challenging and exhausting, it's easy to react rather than respond in a way that helps a move from dysregulating to baseline. How to improve our relationship with our child using communication tools and lessons can be found here HOW TO GET THE MOST OUT OF THIS SITE

2cats can you give a bit of background, how old is your child, have you engaged with professional help? Understanding some details can help members engage and provide support.

I'm glad you found us, you are not alone.  Virtual hug (click to insert in post)
