OMG, I can't see what others have written here so i hope this is correct. We are about to go away for a weekend as a family, I am really wound up tighter than a spring just worried about the behaviors i will have to accomodate from my husband. this has been going on for over 15 years and we have two children. I am at the point where i recognise his behaviors and tip toe and go along with the irrationality and contradiction as best i can but it is truly destroying me. I am desperately trying to calm myself before this trip as I don;t want to ruin it for my kids.
I have started reading the eggshells book but not got to any tips yet? Any fast ideas?
xxx thankyou for listening

SpaggettiHEad, sorry we didn't get back to you with some fast ideas! How was your trip?

Have you made it through SWOE yet? It takes time to shift our default responses, but it is SUCH a relief to observe the quiet changes that happen when we do.

Anything specific you want to share or work on?
