Ex has left but used google number to ask question...

Good Evening.. here is the short story and question:
ex uBPD GF has left/discarded me for the 4th time on August 19th 2020.
She was broke and none of our mutual friends offered her a place to stay - so she left the state to be with mom/dad or an uncle.
she blocked all Social Media sites
no idea if she blocked her phone, but I did mine.

Then on sat night 9/12 she text me from a NJ Google number an question at the perfect time when I and friends were at an event - and the question was, amazingly aligned to that event.
I did not reply that night...
I have been waiting for her to goole# me.

so.. 1) any thoughts on what she is testing?  All GF say - SHE IS COMING BACK BECUASE SHE LOVES YOU... and the real attentive one says 'she is not done with you yet"

and 2) what are the great resources if i decide to allow her into my life to handle friends who are tired of her?
