My girlfriend has BPD and I myself have anxiety and PTSD.

I'm trying to understand and support her with all my heart but it's difficult. She doesn't understand my emotions are hurting me too and I can't word it to her in fear I'll trigger her.

I have been having serious lows trying to keep her above water.
She keeps telling me that she can't be cured and I'm scared she's right.

I need advice with what to do right.
Because my relationship with her is treading thin ice and it feels like in losing the one person i care most about in this world

Welcome

I'm curious to know what this looks like... "trying to keep her above water".
