I read the section in BPD in Gregory Lester’s “Power with People” and that is exactly what my childhood was like. I struggle with my relationship with my mom.

Also, and more problematic in my life, is that I’m in an and off relationship over 2 years. It’s horrible. And the love bombing. It’s addicting. And unhealthy. My therapist suggested a support group. My daughter, friends, and family deserve to have me do better.

Are you saying that you believe your mom has BPD? I'd love to know more about the relationship you're in, too. Why is it horrible?
