    My sister has bpd and other issues.  I am her person.  Her target, her earthly savior, her rescuer, her punching bag.  Trying to quit the cycle.  Anyone step off the roller coaster successfully?

Working on it. It’s so tough. My sister is older and the dynamic started when I was so young. I’ve started going against her and speaking my mind/setting boundaries. The guilt that I’m letting her down is huge and it’s so hard to separate from my attachment to what she thinks of me and accept that we may never be that close again. Would love to hear more about your experience.
