It's OK to not know what to do. It's wise to reach out for help and be honest about where you're at.

I see you're asking some questions about whether it's common for pwBPD (people with BPD) to threaten divorce. Really sorry you are going through those threats, which are not healthy or normal.

How are you taking care of yourself these days, with your relationship in turmoil? What does your support system look like -- family members? neighbors? faith group? other?

Taking care of ourselves is critical for surviving the turmoil. I hope you can find a way to care for you this evening, even if it "seems really small".
