Divorce and Planning a Trip

My W is basically drawing up divorce plans (custody, etc) asking that I help her get a house so I don’t lose my daughter (by moving back to a different state). Meanwhile she is planning a vacation for 3 months from now for all of us, while she says this and signing my daughter up for private preschool. I’m not sure how to call her out on this behavior that if she wants a divorce she can’t be planning vacations and basically acting like we’re still married.

You could consider getting a lawyer to draft a notice drawing her attention to the relevant law that would prohibit her from taking the child outside the current state without your permission or a valid court order (lots of time, efforts and money, I'm guessing like most pwBPDs she lacks at least the latter two). If he's not filing it with the courts, just writing up what you tell him and giving you a copy it's probably $1000 - but might be a wise investment.

The fact she's not capable of finding a house for herself should give you a hint here...she's either planning on moving back to her parents and possibly abducting the child causing you untold months and costs to fight to get her returned...or she's full of baloney and just preying on your own insecurities. If she were really motivated to divorce you, she'd likely have found a house for herself and arranged it in advance.
