Hello,
No contact with expbd for 5 years. Currently receiving daily love letters taped to my front door. She has a history of stalking and self harm. Any advice?

Hey jazz guitar, To ask the question is to answer it: stay away. LuckyJim

100% on the same page Lucky Jim. I am leaning towards a restraining order. Not sure how that whole process works or will it escalate the situation?
I quess let the police deal with it. Maybe call them to do a welfare check?

Hey Jazz guitar, You could touch base with the Police about the procedure for obtaining a Restraining Order, so you are ready if it comes to that. In the meantime, I suggest you continue to keep good boundaries and avoid engaging with your Ex. If you give an inch, a pwBPD will take a mile, so don't get into it, is my advice.

Lucky Jim fantastic advice. Thank you
I contacted the police. Not my circus, not my monkeys is the painful reality.
